These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QTA Partnerships Generator, our website, and any related services provided by Quick To Act Ltd, trading as QTA.

Quick To Act Ltd, trading as QTA, provides AI-powered tools and related services designed to help users generate partnership ideas, recommendations, workflows, research outputs, drafts and similar business content.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.
By using the QTA Partnerships Generator, you confirm that:

3. The service

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

5. User inputs
You may submit content into the service, including prompts, text, files, links, company information, strategic information and other materials. In these Terms, this is called User Input.
You retain ownership of your User Input.
You are responsible for your User Input, including ensuring that:
you have the right to submit it
it does not infringe any third party rights
it does not contain unlawful, defamatory or misleading material
it does not contain sensitive or special category personal data unless you have a lawful basis and it is necessary to submit it
By submitting User Input, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, use, process, copy, transmit and store that User Input solely to:
operate and provide the service
generate outputs
maintain security
provide support
improve and develop the service, subject to our Privacy Policy
6. Outputs
The service may generate responses, recommendations, summaries, partner suggestions and other content based on your User Input. In these Terms, this is called Output.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in the Output generated specifically for you, to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for reviewing, checking and validating any Output before relying on it.
You acknowledge that:
Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific circumstances
similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users
Output is provided for general informational and business support purposes only
Output does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, employment or professional advice
You must not rely on the service as a substitute for professional advice or independent commercial judgement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service:
for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose
to infringe the rights of others
to upload, submit or distribute malicious code, spam or harmful material
to reverse engineer, probe, disrupt or interfere with the service or its security
to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory or abusive
to misuse personal data
to scrape, copy or systematically extract data from the service except as expressly permitted by us
to misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where that would be misleading
in a way that could damage, disable or impair the service or our systems
We may investigate breaches of this section and suspend or terminate access where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in and to the service, including the website, branding, software, design, templates, features and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Quick To Act Ltd.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, nothing grants you any right to use our intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
9. Third party services
The service may rely on or integrate with third party providers, including hosting, analytics, communications and AI model providers.
We are not responsible for third party services, websites or products that we do not control, although their use may be necessary for us to provide the service.
Your use of third party services may also be subject to those third parties’ own terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:

we are not liable for losses resulting from your reliance on Output without independent review
we are not liable for delays, outages or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
If you are using the service as a business, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any loss arising from business reliance on Output without independent review.
If you are using the service as a consumer, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law, and does not affect rights you cannot legally waive or exclude.
14. Indemnity for business users
If you use the service on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick To Act Ltd against losses, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
your breach of these Terms
your unlawful use of the service
your User Input
your infringement of any third party rights
This clause does not apply to consumers.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:
you breach these Terms
we are required to do so by law
your use presents a security, legal or operational risk
we discontinue the service
You may stop using the service at any time.
On termination, your right to use the service will end immediately, but any clauses that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including clauses on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the effective date. Where appropriate, we may also give additional notice.
Your continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may be entitled to bring claims in your local courts where applicable.
If you are acting in the course of business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
